All classes are for beginners.

When can I start/join ACER?
You can start at anytime.

What do I wear?
Just wear anything you feel comfortable with, but ideally a track suit and a white or blue T-Shirt.

What are the kids ages?
They start from 5 years old. If you have a 4 year old we can try and see if he/she can follow it.
